We are pleased to offer you three variants of the subscription:
Standard → 12 days/year
Every month a FYRE consultant visits you and takes care of the most important maintenance work on your Altiris system. This makes the system run faster again and eliminates minor errors.
Professional → 24 days/year
In addition to the important maintenance work, this variant still leaves time to optimize the system and to clarify urgent questions your Altiris administrators may have. Two days a month, a FYRE consultant will be on-site to address these concerns.
Enterprise → 48 days/year
This offering is designed for knowledge transfer. The FYRE consultant will visit you four days every month, doing maintenance work on the first two days and leaving time on the remaining days to provide intensive coaching to your Altiris administrator and give him or her important tips and suggestions for improvement. These can be implemented immediately.
